Moksha Alternative Investments

Today, we privately manage a large amount of investment portfolios in various forms and currencies. Moksha Alternative Investments activities are always taking places privately. We assist as a private marketplace for those who are keen to think out of the box, and we leverage our shared platform to capture cross-asset class opportunities in strategic areas of focus. Started in 2016, we actively engage in various medium to large size investment deals in Indonesia (e.g. M&A, LBOs, VCs, and Private Placements). As of today, we privately manage close to USD 300million (in various currencies).

Moksha Equity

Moksha Equity is our line of business which mainly focus on investment brokerage. We leverage on our local extensive networks and act as a booking center for various types of products. Our clients are mostly sophisticated investors with complex requirement in both close-end or open-end deals.

OUR OTHER PRODUCTS

Moksha Insurance started early 2018, our insurance arm act as a booking center which focusing on startup EBs. Providing these newly formed corporates with various protective solutions in wide arrays of needs and risks.
Alongside the other Moksha businesses, we are now embarking to offer larger clients with more protection alternatives.

Moksha Property is our line of business which mainly focus on property and its derivative businesses. Current project includes providing affordable houses by remodeling old building as well as and renting and managing affordable dorm rooms in Greater Jakarta Area. Our longstanding relationships with skilled trade contractors allow us to source only the best materials, supplies, equipment, and labor in the area in order to deliver the house you always wanted.

Moksha Furniture started initially as a project in late 2018 in collaboration with one of the fastest growing e-commerce furniture retailer in Indonesia and one of the largest local furniture manufacturer in Indonesia. Supported by the massive and ever growing size of consumer middle class in Indonesia, while also considering the high quality of woods given its geographical advantage in tropical environment, it’s very easy for Moksha to spot growth opportunity in this segment. This opportunity does not come without challenge. Economic of scale, work force efficiency, network and capital support among others remain as challenge. However, with the correct partnerships, in Moksha we believe that we can convert this small project into a global scale initiative.
